Brandt est actuellement a la recherche d'un directeur des ventes, equipement de construction compact, pour son emplacement a St-Augustin Construction et Foresterie.
La personne est responsable de la croissance des ventes et de la rentabilite du service des ventes d'equipement de construction compact.
Fonctions et responsabilites
Atteindre les objectifs de gestion des actifs en matiere de rotation et de vieillissement, ainsi que la protection des actifs de l'entreprise, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les stocks de machines neuves et usagees
Prevoir la bonne la composition de stocks pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de part de marche
Gerer et perfectionner tous les employes du service des ventes d'equipements de construction compacts dans le but de constituer une main-d'oeuvre motivee et performante axee sur le succes a long terme de l'entreprise, des clients et des employes
Realiser les objectifs de part de marche convenus pour le succes a long terme de notre fabricant et de l'entreprise
Fournir de la retroaction et des idees sur les occasions futures et les pressions concurrentielles
Aider a la gestion des comptes clients de la succursale en collaboration avec le directeur des services de credit et le vice-president a l'exploitation

Capacite a developper des relations saines et positives avec les clients internes et externes
Excellentes aptitudes a la communication, orale et ecrite, requises
Connaissance de l'industrie de l'equipement et de la construction consideree comme un atout
Experience requise
Experience averee de la vente (de preference dans le secteur de la construction ou de la foresterie)
3 a 5 ans d'experience en gestion a responsabilite progressive
Le candidat doit posseder ou etre en mesure d'obtenir un passeport en cours de validite et etre en mesure de voyager a l'etranger
Un dossier de conducteur recent sera exige

Brandt is currently seeking a Compact Construction Equipment Sales Manager for our Saint-Augustin Construction & Forestry location.
This position is responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the Compact Construction Equipment Sales department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assist, including but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory
Providing for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals
Management and development of all employees in the Compact Construction Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees
Achieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company
Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
Assisting in the management of branch account receivables in conjunctions with the Director of Credit Services and VP of Operations
Other duties as assigned
Required skills
Ability to develop sound, positive relationships with internal and external clients
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - are required
Knowledge of the equipment and construction industry is considered an asset
Required experience
Proven sales experience (preferably within the construction/forestry industry)
3-5 years' progressively responsible management experience
Candidates must currently possess or be able to obtain a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally
A recent driver's abstract will be required
