Strategic Role

As the Warehouse Operations Director, you will be responsible for defining the operational vision, optimizing processes, and building a high-performing team. You will embody Instukem's values and ensure that the overall strategy translates into tangible results within your department.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Vision: Communicate and execute the company's strategic objectives within operations.

Planning and Optimization: Oversee production planning, inventory management, and the supply chain.

Performance and Growth: Develop talent, ensure continuous training, and lead performance evaluations.

Quality and Compliance: Guarantee compliance with ISO, OHS standards, and quality benchmarks.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Implement systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor, analyze, and improve KPIs to achieve operational excellence.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the executive committee to support corporate projects.

Desired Profile

Proven experience in warehouse management and strategic leadership.

Skills in planning, process optimization, and performance management.

Ability to inspire and mobilize a team toward ambitious goals.

Knowledge of OHS, ISO standards, and best logistics practices.
