Le/la Directeur(trice) de succursale est responsable de la gestion complete des operations du magasin d'electromenagers. Il/elle veille a l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes, a la satisfaction de la clientele, a la gestion efficace de l'equipe ainsi qu'a la rentabilite de la succursale.
Responsabilites principales :
Superviser et motiver l'equipe de vente.
Agir a titre de conseiller a la vente.
Gerer les operations quotidiennes : inventaire, reception de marchandises, tenue du magasin.
Assurer un excellent service a la clientele.
Atteindre (et depasser) les objectifs de ventes mensuels et annuels.
Participer activement aux ventes et conseiller les clients au besoin.
Effectuer le suivi des commandes, livraisons et retours.
Former et evaluer le personnel.
Gerer les horaires, absences et la performance de l'equipe.
S'assurer de la bonne tenue visuelle du magasin.
Analyser les resultats de la succursale et produire des rapports pour la direction regionale.
Appliquer les politiques de l'entreprise et maintenir un environnement de travail securitaire.
Profil recherche :
Experience significative en gestion de commerce de detail (3 a 5 ans minimum).
Connaissance du secteur de l'electromenager, electronique ou mobilier (atout majeur).
Fortes competences en leadership, gestion d'equipe et service a la clientele.
Capacite a motiver et mobiliser une equipe.
Bonne gestion des priorites et du stress.
Excellentes habiletes interpersonnelles et de communication.
Maitrise des outils informatiques
Exigences :
Diplome d'etudes secondaires (minimum) - un diplome collegial ou universitaire en gestion est un atout.
Experience en vente au detail obligatoire.
Bilinguisme (francais/anglais).

Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of the appliance store's operations. They ensure sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is maintained, the team is effectively managed, and the branch remains profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate the sales team
Act as a sales advisor
Manage daily operations: inventory, receiving goods, store upkeep
Ensure excellent customer service
Achieve (and exceed) monthly and annual sales targets
Actively participate in sales and advise customers when needed
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and returns
Train and evaluate staff
Manage team schedules, absences, and performance
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store appearance

Profile Sought:
Significant experience in retail management (minimum 3 to 5 years)

Requirements:
