JOB OVERVIEW




The

Digital UX Coordinator

supports the Senior Manager, Digital User Experience. This role is pivotal in the execution of digital campaign elements, maintaining web content updates, coordinating UX tasks, and ensuring that user experience principles are upheld across CCS's digital properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain experience in a collaborative, fast-paced digital team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:



Manage content updates within the content management system (CMS) to ensure alignment with campaign goals and UX best practices. Update the website, including the homepage and campaign-specific pages, ensuring consistency and optimization for user engagement and conversion. Edit, optimize, and source images for digital assets while maintaining alignment with CCS's brand and accessibility standards. Conduct quality assurance testing for digital content to confirm functionality, consistency, and adherence to brand and accessibility standards. Assist in implementing and maintaining UX processes across digital projects to enhance user engagement and experience. Collaborate on creating wireframes and providing data-driven insights to ensure alignment with campaign goals and UX best practices. Conduct audits, perform research, organize files, and maintain data integrity across digital properties. Support the development and maintenance of team documents, including process and training assets, to ensure consistency and accessibility across the organization. Demonstrate an interest in learning about and staying current with UX and digital experience trends to support continuous improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on project goals. Maintain schedules, project plans, and content calendars to ensure timely execution and alignment with broader campaign objectives. Serve as the first point of contact for basic inquiries related to digital UX and coordinate administrative tasks as required. QUALIFICATIONS:



University or college degree in a relevant field (e.g., Digital Marketing, UX Design, or Communications). 1-2 years in digital marketing, web production, or a UX-related field. Exposure to CMS systems is a strong asset. Basic knowledge of HTML; experience with Sitecore or similar CMS is a plus. Photoshop experience for image editing, optimization and other production design tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills, with an ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams. Solutions-focused and adaptable, able to work collaboratively to overcome challenges and ensure project alignment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of accessibility standards, and experience with Figma or other UX design tools would be an asset.
