Your main mission as a Social Media Marketing, Webmaster, Web Traffic Specialist, will be to develop and implement any changes necessary to improve our online presence in terms of subscriptions, consumer engagement and lead conversion. You will also take part of diverse projects requiring implementing API to connect several systems for lead generation & conversion.
Main responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Rebranding: reinvent, design and evolve the company's websites, brand image and aesthetic.
Establish guidelines, standardize the overall look and ensure compliance: audio, video AI, health, elements and content of communication materials, websites, social networks, etc.
Identify and test emerging social media platforms compatible with our target audience.
Monitor and ensure fluent communication in our social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp, Google, etc.
Create, publish and monitor compelling content (videos, graphics, infographics, interactive brochures, email campaigns, tutorials, i.e.)
Report, analyze performance, develop and implement action plans for social media content using marketing automation tools (Nurturing Flow, Lead Scoring, Landing Pages, CRM funnel, i.e.)
Compile the results and draft digital post-campaign documents providing market trends, forecasts, etc, to support and improve the admissions lead conversion process.
Manage special projects: implement APIs to connect platforms and share information between systems.
The ideal candidate should possess skills and experience in diverse areas :
Fully bilingual
(French and English) with capacity to read-proof written content in both languages.
University or college diploma in a relevant field of study or additional work experience
Strong understanding of content creation & marketing principles, trends and ability to integrate them into social media publishing tactics using the current management tools (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok).
Good knowledge of web software such as: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console.
Proficient in web design & content development using adobe Creative Suite, AI powered content generation
Comfortable and proficient in programming languages to manage, develop and integrate products (Website Management, Wordpress, SEO, APIs, GitHub, Zoho, Hubspot CRM, HTML, JavaScript)
Proficiency in video creation and editing skills (Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Premiere)

Compiler les resultats et rediger des documents numeriques post-campagne presentant les tendances du marche, les previsions, etc., afin de soutenir et d'ameliorer le processus de conversion des prospects.
Gerer des projets speciaux : implementer des API pour connecter les plateformes et partager des informations entre les systemes.
Le candidat ideal doit posseder des competences et de l'experience dans divers domaines :
Parfait bilingue (francais et anglais) avec la capacite de relire du contenu ecrit dans les deux langues. Diplome universitaire ou collegial dans un domaine d'etudes pertinent ou experience professionnelle supplementaire.
Excellente comprehension des principes et tendances de la creation de contenu et du marketing, et capacite a les integrer aux strategies de publication sur les medias sociaux a l'aide des outils de gestion actuels (notamment Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest et TikTok).
