Job Description


A Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Google and Facebook ad campaigns, social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and email marketing is responsible for the following duties: * Google and Facebook Ad Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute effective advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO principles to increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns using metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, market trends, and audience feedback.
  • Manage the advertising budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google and Facebook advertising policies and algorithms.
  • Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter):
  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals.
  • Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
  • Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency in tone and branding.
  • Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback, inquiries, and trends.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and strategies, adjusting tactics as necessary.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other partners to expand reach and impact.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and event announcements.
  • Design visually appealing email templates that are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Segment email lists to target different customer groups effectively.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various email elements to optimize open rates and click-through rates.
  • Utilize email automation tools to streamline the email marketing process.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations and best practices, like GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act.
This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends and tools. The Digital Marketing Specialist should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements * Educational and Certification Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; additional certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in digital marketing, with specific experience in managing Google and Facebook ad campaigns, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, social media management software, and email marketing platforms.
  • Analytical and Creative Skills: Strong analytical ability to interpret data, coupled with creativity for innovative marketing strategies and content creation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating effective marketing copy.
