As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and lineup of products across numerous digital channels with a focus on the North American Market. You will work closely with management to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate revenue, and increase brand awareness. Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to) - Develop a digital marketing strategy to increase community and connection across all relevant platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Tiktok - Assist with and create original content in the form of photos and videos while maintaining an updated content calendar for all channels on a weekly basis - Create digital graphics and other necessary company marketing material - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads. - Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels. - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives. - Create and manage Email Marketing campaigns - Provide community support and respond to all inbound messages, comments, and inquiries - Utilize analytics to create details reports based on post types and present to executive team Requirements \xc2\xb7 Proven working experience in digital marketing space, preferably for B2C companies \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding with content editing tools (Eg. Adobe Creative Suite) \xc2\xb7 Experience with Email Marketing Platforms such as Klayvio \xc2\xb7 Experience with online advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google, Ads, Etc. \xc2\xb7 Excellent copywriting skills with experience writing for social media, email marketing and other digital platforms \xc2\xb7 Experience with managing Social Media Channels \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bonus Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Some understanding of the Power Tool Market \xc2\xb7 Creativity \xc2\xb7 Customer Service Experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
