As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you won\'t just provide value \xe2\x80\x93 you\'ll be the driving force behind our triumphs. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you\'ll be at the forefront of building, executing, and overseeing MEDFAR\'s marketing and content strategy. Your mission? To elevate brand awareness, cultivate a stellar reputation and culture, and boost organic leads.

What you\'ll do:

• Develop and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy.
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to craft and implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with brand and growth targets.
• Create captivating content across all digital channels \xe2\x80\x93 think blogs, videos, visuals, and more!
• Devise a content plan and execute a content calendar for short- and long-term goals.
• Take charge of website development and management, with a focus on connecting with target audiences and generating leads.
• Team up with designers, PR experts, and other professionals on both large- and small-scale marketing projects, bringing original concepts to life for effective and compelling communication.
• Develop and implement client-specific content assets and plans, driving increased SEO traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• You have a college degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing (social media, website, and graphics).
• You have 3-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are familiar with digital marketing tools (Canva, Photoshop, WordPress, Google Analytics, video editing software).
• You have experience with Salesforce and Pardot.
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French (mandatory), with an ability to craft a compelling story.
• You can work independently and collaboratively, navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed environment.
• You have strong project management skills, managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Remote: Hybrid model (occasional onsite presence), the role is based in Montr\xc3\xa9al.
