The Role: Digital Marketing & CRM Manager
We're looking for a performance-focused marketer with a strong grasp of
(Meta, Google, Amazon). You'll own our email calendar, help grow our customer list, optimize campaign flows, and run digital ads that convert. This is a hands-on role where strategy meets execution--and where DTC growth is the #1 goal.
Key Responsibilities1. Email & CRM Marketing
Plan, create, and execute campaigns and automated flows in
Klaviyo
Manage list segmentation, acquisition, and CRM hygiene (via
HubSpot and Klaviyo
)
Drive newsletter performance through testing, personalization, and analytics
Lead monthly and seasonal campaign calendars for new product launches, promotions, and storytelling
2. Paid Advertising
Build and manage ad campaigns across
Meta, Google Shopping, Amazon Ads
, and TikTok (if applicable)
Monitor performance, optimize ROAS, and adjust creative/messaging as needed
Collaborate on briefs, test variations, and scale top-performing campaigns
3. Shopify & Website Optimization
Manage and update the
Shopify
site: merchandising, product drops, homepage updates, landing pages
Collaborate on CRO tests to improve funnel performance
Implement seasonal or campaign-specific web assets with a clear DTC goal
4. Growth Strategy & Analytics
Build and grow our
customer list and subscriber base
Own the CRM and DTC marketing funnel end-to-end
Analyze channel performance, attribution, and customer journey touchpoints
Report on campaign KPIs and iterate based on insights
5. Content & Campaign Coordination
Support campaign development, working across email, web, paid ads, and social
Coordinate timing, messaging, and assets with the founder and creative partners
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure brand alignment
What You Bring
3+ years in digital marketing, ideally in DTC, eCommerce, or CPG
Proven experience in
Klaviyo
(required) and
HubSpot
(strongly preferred)
Solid hands-on experience with
Shopify
: merchandising, updates, apps, analytics
Experience running paid campaigns across
Meta Ads, Google Shopping
, and
Amazon Ads
Strong grasp of CRM strategy, email list building, and customer segmentation
Creative and analytical mindset--you can write compelling copy andread performance reports
Resourceful, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus: Familiarity with SMS marketing, A/B testing, TikTok ads, or affiliate programs
