We're now hiring a new position:
Digital Marketing Manager
to take the reins of our digital strategy and execution. You will report to the CEO and be supported by a Marketing Coordinator. If you are entrepreneurial, love to test, optimize, and thrive on turning data into results while creating connections and conversations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Growth Strategy
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing and content strategies to increase brand awareness and scale customer acquisition and revenue in Canada.
Manage and continuously optimize full-funnel campaigns from awareness ? conversion ? loyalty on Amazon.ca, Vitality.ca (Shopify), Email, Third-party marketplaces, Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
Identify growth opportunities, create measurable objectives and track key performance metrics across all campaigns.
Amazon Performance
Own and optimize Amazon listings, SEO, A+ content, and reviews.
Increase conversion, ROAS, and social proof (verified reviews).
Drive Amazon marketing plan including Subscribe & Save, sponsored ads and retargeting efforts
Focus on sales success on Amazon.ca and future growth on amazon.com
Content Creation, Social Media & SEO Management
Drive content strategy and creation, including social media with the support of Marketing Coordinator
Own website and grow monthly sessions, email subscribers, sales, and conversion rate
Launch email campaigns, cart abandonment flows, loyalty offers, and subscriber funnels
Oversee SEO-Optimized content including landing pages, products pages, blogs
Drive organic growth through keyword research, backlinking strategies, and on-page optimization
Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to amplify visibility.
Email Marketing and CRM
Manage and grow email lists through targeted campaigns, segmentation and retargeting efforts
Create nurturing email email sequences to convert subscribers for both DTC and Retail into loyal customers
Build landing pages, A/B test offers and content, oversee paid and organic growth tactics for retail and online, including email marketing, content marketing (including video), Google and Meta
Paid Advertising Campaigns
Strategically leverage and utilize budget for recommended paid campaigns
Lead Amazon Ads optimization including Sponsored Ads, A+ Content and Promotions
Design and monitor Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive e-commerce sales. Test creatives, audience segments, promotions, and conversion paths.
Plan, execute and optimize Google AdWords, Google Shopping, and YouTube Ads for maximum ROI.
Build influencer and affiliate campaigns to amplify reach.
Data & Optimization
Track, measure and report KPIS including CTR, conversation rates, CAC, LTV
Run experiments weekly: landing pages, offers, bundles, funnel flow, messaging.
Turn insights into improved performance across all digital channels.
Collaboration and Leadership
Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Provide mentorship and collaborate with Marketing Coordinator to achieve success
Manage ad platforms and external relationships
About You
Digital Expert
: 5+ years in digital marketing with a strong eCommerce or CPG background.
Amazon Pro
: Confident in Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, Sponsored Ads, and A+ content strategy.
Paid Media Confident
: Google Ads, Meta, and retargeting are in your daily toolkit.
Conversion Obsessed
: You love testing and optimizing campaigns for ROAS, LTV, CAC, AOV.
Tool Fluent
: Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar), GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush
Creator & Strategist
: You can lead high-level strategy but aren't afraid to build and test it yourself.
Entrepreneurial Drive
: You're proactive, agile and ready to move fast.
