This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance technical expertise with business acumen to enhance our digital capabilities, streamline processes, and drive growth across all Air Liquide Home Healthcare business units in both Sleep Medicine and Oxygen Therapy. The Digital Marketing & Communications Manager will oversee the online strategy, optimize digital channels, and leverage data analytics to enhance marketing efforts.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital technologies, content creation, digital design, project management, and strategic planning.Website Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement the overall strategy for the website to ensure it aligns with business goals. Recommend and build website migration strategy, recommending website platform, and support integration of web and patient tools.Stay informed of digital best practices, including web, advertising, applications, and technologies to enhance competitive offerings.Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic.Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to drive targeted traffic to the website. Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.Conduct keyword research and use analytics to monitor and improve search performance.Content Marketing StrategyDevelop content for patient tools, social media, blogs, websites, and collateral.Design email/SMS and application templates to support clinics, manage patient data and list segmentation, defining patient campaigns based on behaviors and defined trigger points.Oversee Google Review external vendor, ensuring positive reviews and management with internal teams.Community ManagementDevelop and execute social media and advertising strategies for homecare brands.Create consistent, meaningful content (written, video, and photo) across all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts. Communicate with social media followers, including responding to social media messages, inquiries, and comments promptly.Use social media insights to inform website content and marketing strategies.Digital Platform Engagement and Management (eCom/CRM/APP)Implement and manage digital tools, build patient journeys and ensure optimal user experience leveraging email automation, eCommerce platforms and various other support tools.Manage eCommerce platform, including recommending optimization initiatives to drive conversion, inventory management and order support.Risk Management and ComplianceEnsure all digital marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.Support Quality and Regulatory teams with digital and written recall and safety patient support material.Digital KPI ReportingMonitor website performance, generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website performance, providing insights and recommendations to the Senior Leadership team.Are you a MATCH?Work Experience/RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in digital solutions management, project management, digital strategy or a related role.Strong knowledge of digital technologies, software development, and project management methodologies.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Bilingual in English and French is an assetCertified in Google Ads (search, display and video) and Google/ BING AnalyticsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Creative and strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail.Experience in using Wordpress & Drupal and various web hosting platformsEducational RequirementsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
