About the Role:



We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Digital Marketing Coordinator

to help keep our ecommerce campaigns running smoothly -- from building timelines and tracking tasks to launching ads on Instagram, Google, and other platforms. You'll act as the connector between teams, ensuring creative assets, emails, and site updates go live on time and as planned.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who enjoys working across teams and is eager to learn and grow with strong guidance and support from our experienced Digital Marketing Director and team.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Coordination:



Support the execution of ecommerce campaigns based on briefs and guidance from the Digital Marketing Director Develop and manage task lists to ensure all stakeholders (copy, design, email, web, paid media) are aligned and on schedule Coordinate reviews, approvals, and final hand-offs to ensure smooth delivery of creative, copy, and assets Serve as the primary point of contact to keep teams aligned on deadlines and deliverables Identify blockers or delays early and recommend practical timeline adjustments

Project Management & Quality Assurance:



Maintain the central campaign calendar with key dates, task owners, and relevant details Monitor progress across all campaign components and update timelines as plans evolve Conduct quality assurance checks on emails, website updates, and creative assets prior to launch Organize and maintain shared folders, trackers, and campaign documentation for easy access

Ad Execution:



Launch and schedule paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google following provided plans and creative assets

What You Bring



0-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or project support Bilingual, English and French (speaking and writing) Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal) Solid organizational habits and attention to detail Able to prioritize and manage multiple moving parts at once Comfortable working across teams (creative, email, ecommerce, marketing) Familiar with (or willing to learn) tools like Asana, Trello, Airtable, or similar project management systems A proactive mindset -- you stay ahead of deadlines and ask the right questions Bonus: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (like Shopify), email tools (Klaviyo), or paid media platforms (Meta, Google)

Additional interesting experience



Experience working in fashion or consumer ecommerce An eye for creative and attention to detail when reviewing campaigns Comfort building simple campaign reports or recaps post-launch

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
