Position Summary

We're seeking a creative, organized, and highly-engaged

Social Media & Content Specialist

to lead our digital presence across social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who not only lives and breathes social media trends but also has a deep appreciation for wine culture, entertaining, and lifestyle storytelling.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, lives) that showcases wine, food pairings, entertaining tips, events, and behind-the-scenes moments Grow and manage our presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Threads and YouTube Partner with influencers, sommeliers, chefs, and content creators to expand reach and drive engagement Monitor trends in wine, food, home entertaining, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant Respond to DMs, comments, and community engagement in our brand voice Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal growth and ROI Assist with email marketing and blog content where needed Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

2+ years proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field Degree in Social Media/ Marketing Demonstrated experience building and growing a lifestyle or wine-focused social presence Strong visual eye for design, photography, and video (experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a witty, warm, and sophisticated tone Passion for wine, food, and entertaining--bonus points if you know your way around a charcuterie board! Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Experience in Food & Beverage Industry is an asset.
