Now we're looking for a

Digital Marketing Coordinator

to help us plan, create, and execute marketing initiatives that bring brands to life across various platforms. In this role, you'll collaborate with our strategy, design, and content teams to help shape campaigns, build and schedule content, coordinate deliverables, and keep marketing initiatives running smoothly--from seasonal campaigns to brand launches.

Day to Day



Assist in developing and executing

marketing strategies and content plans

aligned with each brand's goals and identity. Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to

bring a brand's story to life

through cohesive campaigns, content, and digital touchpoints. Collaborate with the creative team to

brainstorm seasonal campaigns

(Holiday, Black Friday, Valentine's Day etc.) and plan out key marketing initiatives and promos. Produce high-quality written and visual content (social posts, reels, stories, email newsletters) that align with each brand's voice and overall marketing goals. Create, schedule, and manage

social media content calendars

across multiple platforms. Manage community engagement on social platforms. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure campaign materials are delivered on time. Support the setup and coordination of

email campaigns

, blogs, and website updates. Participate in team brainstorms and client strategy sessions. Conduct on-site visits with clients to support marketing initiatives. Coordinate longer form content shoots with client and videography/photography team and other external partners as needed. Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth. Report on campaign performance, analytics, and engagement metrics -- tracking key success indicators to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications



Proficient in Meta Business suite. Experience in Meta Ad Management. Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat. A solid grasp of design principles for print and digital design pieces (Typography, Hierarchies, White Space, Visual Balance, etc.). Basic understanding of website layout and user flow, including funnels, landing pages, and conversion-focused design for marketing campaigns. Familiarity with newsletter creation using third-party platforms. Strong communication skills (on paper, email and in face-to-face). Organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions (verbal or written). Ability to manage projects independently with reliability and minimal supervision. Having a willingness to grow and learn outside your comfort zone. Being a problem solver and collaborating with a team but when necessary having the discipline to hunker down and get the job done on your own. Must have access to a reliable vehicle for occasional client meetings and content shoot. Mileage/gas expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy. Leaving your ego at the door.

Experience



1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house); this is an early-career role with room to grow.

Work Location



This is an in-studio position with some client site visits. Chosen applicant

must

live in Edmonton.
