We also secured the largest corporate match by Orlando Corporation of $75 million to support development of the new hospital, mental health and research and innovation.While we love setting records, we are hungry for more and need your help getting there.Join us to help revolutionize the future of health care in the West GTA.The RoleThe Digital Data Analyst will develop predictive models to anticipate future outcomes and opportunities for the foundation, conducting in-depth analysis of online digital datasets to uncover actionable insights, and communicating findings in clear and concise ways to facilitate informed decision-making with internal stakeholders.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including customer engagement, acquisition, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with users to design and implement effective measurement strategies, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) align with business objectives and provide actionable insight.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify best practices across our various programs.
  • Collect data from various digital sources and aggregate to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
  • Implement automated data collection processes using tools such as web scraping scripts or API integrations to streamline data retrieval.
  • Establish data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows to efficiently aggregate and process large volumes of digital data.
  • Utilize statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools to analyse digital data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct segmentation analysis to identify distinct donor segments and work with MarCom to tailor marketing strategies or product offerings accordingly.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives, emphasizing the interpretation of insights to guide organizational goals.
  • Evaluate the performance of digital platforms, campaigns, and initiatives based on key metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different website designs, content layouts, or marketing messages.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of digital data through rigorous data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Adhere to best practices for data governance and compliance with data privacy regulations to protect sensitive information.
  • Implement data monitoring and alerting systems to detect anomalies or deviations in digital data patterns in real-time.
  • Develop and enforce digital data quality standards and protocols across the organization to ensure consistency and reliability in digital data analysis processes.
  • Facilitate data-driven discussions and workshops to empower stakeholders with insights and foster a culture of data literacy within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst or equivalent in data science, statistics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Diploma in related discipline
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for web analytics, as well as familiarity with other digital platforms such as social media analytics tools, advertising platforms, and customer relationship management system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Proven experience in developing measurement and analytics solutions using Google Analytics.
  • An understanding of SEO, and familiar with tracking and tagging capabilities to deliver journey and conversion measurement.
  • A strong understanding of Google ads ecosystem (Paid Search/SEM, Display Advertising, YouTube, Shopping, etc)
  • A strong understanding of Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms including TikTok.)
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience building effective dashboards in Power BI, or other data visualization technology (e.g. Tableau).
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging insight from multiple sources to help drive business planning and strategy.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams)
Work Environment
  • Hybrid work schedule with 1 day in the office per week.
