We are seeking a creative and resourceful Digital Content Associate to join our growing Marketing team. As the Digital Content Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and driving engagement within our multi-stakeholder ecosystem, while amplifying our category leadership and commitment to advancing fertility solutions through AI. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead content development and execution, drive SEO excellence, and clearly recognize your individual impact as a part of a growing global company that\xe2\x80\x99s establishing a new standard of care in fertility treatment. This role requires lots of cross-functional collaboration and will enable you to work closely with (and learn from!) our product, scientific, client success, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and execute a comprehensive cross-channel content plan that delivers on educating and engaging clinical, laboratory, and patient stakeholders, as well as supporting Future Fertility\xe2\x80\x99s business development, product education, and scientific communications objectives.
• Content Production & Publishing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to create and publish high-quality, engaging content across various digital formats, such as blogs, website landing pages, infographics, videos, and social media.
• SEO Ownership: Lead the charge in optimizing our digital presence by owning the SEO strategy and implementation. Stay current with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure that our content ranks prominently on search engines and resonates with our target audience.
• Analytics and Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to monitor content performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization efforts. Utilize metrics to guide content strategy and consistently improve content effectiveness.
• Brand Voice and Consistency: Maintain and evolve Future Fertility\'s brand voice and style guidelines across all content, ensuring a consistent and compelling message.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, biology/life sciences, business, communications) is required.
• Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a relevant role is required.
• Experience in content creation (e.g., writing articles, editing videos) is required, ideally in the life sciences/healthcare industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience with WordPress, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Canva would be preferred.
• Knowledge of IVF (in vitro fertilization) process and/or experience within the fertility industry would be preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish reading, writing and speaking would be highly valued!
• A passion for educating people, with a knack for breaking down complex concepts into information that is easy to digest.
• A demonstrated ability to deliver results, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
