About the Role:
We're looking for a Digital Advertising Manager to lead our Google Search & Display, Facebook Ads, and programmatic campaigns (via DSPs like Criteo, StackAdapt, etc.). This role is both strategic and hands-on--you will manage budgets, A/B test audiences, optimize campaigns, and drive performance improvements.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with data, and has proven expertise in Google Ads & Facebook Ads. In addition to direct performance marketing (e.g., lead generation, conversions), you should have experience running brand-building campaigns and measuring their impact on brand awareness and customer engagement.
If you also have experience with programmatic advertising, copywriting, or basic creative design, that's a huge asset!
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Search & Display, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and programmatic DSPs (Criteo, StackAdapt, etc.)
Develop audience targeting strategies to drive both performance-based conversions and brand awareness
Implement A/B tests on audiences, creative, messaging, and landing pages
Brand Awareness & Measurement
Plan and execute brand-focused advertising strategies that increase visibility and engagement
Measure the impact of upper-funnel campaigns using brand lift studies, reach metrics, and survey-based insights
Track impressions, engagement, brand recall, and sentiment alongside performance KPIs
Optimization & Performance Analysis
Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion data
Conduct deep analysis using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and platform-specific dashboards
Provide data-driven insights and proactively adjust strategies for better performance
Programmatic & Display Advertising
Manage and optimize programmatic buys across various DSPs (e.g., Criteo, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk)
Ensure proper tracking and attribution for multi-channel campaigns
Reporting & Collaboration
Create and present performance reports to leadership, with actionable insights
Work closely with designers & content teams to improve ad creative and landing pages
Stay up to date with new ad platform updates, privacy regulations, and industry best practices
Essential Skills, Abilities & Qualifications:
3-7 years experience in digital advertising with a strong focus on Google Ads & Facebook Ads
Experience with both performance-driven (lead gen, conversions) and brand-building campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in campaign optimization & A/B testing
Familiarity with brand lift studies, upper-funnel measurement strategies, and survey-based awareness tracking
Experience in consumer-focused marketing (e.g., eCommerce, lead generation, or large-brand digital advertising)
Familiarity with Google Suite, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and programmatic DSPs
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience setting KPI targets and defining performance benchmarks
Ability to write ad copy & headlines that convert
Familiarity with basic ad design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.)
