Digital Advertising Manager - MatchCraft VerticalsThe mission of the Digital Advertising Manager is to be a key contributor to our cross-functional Partner service team. The incumbent of this role demonstrates a Partner-facing core skillset, superior MatchCraft platform (product) knowledge, as well as proven core skills in SEM/Paid Social analysis and optimization. The incumbent will be required to meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience to a portfolio of Partners, offering support to other members of the team by identifying issues, offering resolutions, and determining when to escalate an issue. This role can successfully manage enterprise digital ads partners that spend in excess of $50K USD, per month, in ad media spend.This position will work with a remote/global team and must be able to consistently align working hours around Central Standard Time to align with teams located in the US, Canada, and India.Your ImpactThis position works primarily with our Managed Service teams supporting our MatchCraft-direct, large enterprise partners. We have high expectations for MatchCraft platform expertise, Search/Social campaign expertise, and clear, concise and accurate communication skills. Communication is both internal and the bulk of external client-facing communication is via our customer service ticketing system but may require occasional attendance in client-facing, virtual discussions.What You Bring to the Table
