Cultivate is looking for an experienced
Digital Advertising Specialist
to fill a key role within our growing marketing agency. You will be responsible for developing and delivering ROI-driven digital marketing strategies; building, optimizing and reporting on
digital advertising campaigns on Google Adwords and Facebook/Instagram
for a portfolio of diverse clients operating beauty/wellness clinics across Canada and the US; pulling and mining the data/analytics for impactful insights; and connecting those campaign insights back to lead generation, lead conversion and lead nurturing tactics and optimization.
At Cultivate, Digital Advertising Specialists know they are responsible for client success. You will deliver exceptional campaign results that will directly impact and grow the revenue of a client's business.
A typical day for a Digital Advertising Manager could involve any of these tasks:
Build, execute and optimize client advertising campaigns from beginning to end.
Test, refine, and scale for iterative improvements.
Identify what content is required for a successful campaign, and collaborate in its creation with account managers and our design/copywriting teams.
Monitor, track and report on data-driven insights in weekly/monthly meetings with clients, along with recommendations on how you intend to improve metrics.
Be responsible for staying well informed on industry trends, and seeking out new opportunities to experiment, A/B test and seek out effective messaging, audiences, segments and channels.
Propose new and improved lead gen ideas.
Perform keyword and paid search research.
Evaluate and audit active/past campaigns.
Participate in internal strategy meetings.
Building PPC campaign proposals and presenting to clients alongside account managers.
Contribute to creating and building out agency processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
4+ years of deep expertise and verifiable results/case studies in personally building and delivering flawless lead generation campaigns in Google and Facebook/Instagram advertising platforms.
Excellent understanding of Google Analytics/GTM, Meta Pixel, and data tracking setup to accurately track conversions.
The ability to think creatively and strategically while using data to inform decision making and optimization opportunities to grow ROI on campaigns over time.
Capable of instilling confidence with clients - stellar communication skills.
Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills with ability to multi-task and support multiple brands.
