Digital Marketing Specialist
to lead the marketing efforts for our
Parts & Service
departments across our dealerships.
Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist - Parts & Service is responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that promote service and parts operations across all Marsim Auto Group dealerships. This role blends creative content creation with data-driven performance analysis to drive online engagement, increase service bookings, and grow parts sales
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns & Content
Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta).
Create and manage content calendars tailored to service and parts promotions.
Collaborate with internal teams and designers to develop engaging creative assets (ads, reels, banners, in-store visuals)
Website & Shopify Management
Maintain and update dealership websites and Shopify product pages (preferred).
Upload and manage service specials, promotions, and automotive parts listings with accurate descriptions and imagery.
SEO/SEM & Analytics
Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic reach and paid campaign ROI.
Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools; provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Photo & Video Content Creation
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos, particularly of vehicle parts, technician services, and shop operations.
Produce service-focused video content (e.g. how-tos, promotional features, customer testimonials).
Events & Community Engagement
Support service-focused events and dealership promotions (e.g. service clinics, tire sales, internal events, sales events).
Assist in organizing local marketing activations, fundraisers, and outreach initiatives (preferred but not mandatory).
Public Relations & Internal Communications
Draft press releases, service blog articles, and monthly newsletters.
Oversee in-store signage (POP/digital displays) and manage communication with local media when required.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g. Constant Contact)
Experience with Shopify (preferred), CMS platforms, and uploading product imagery/descriptions
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools for graphic and video content creation
Skilled in video shooting/editing, especially automotive-focused content
Photography experience--particularly with parts, service bays, and vehicles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
OMVIC License (or willing to obtain)
