We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to manage our digital marketing channels of our hotel and restaurant. Ideally you would have graduated recently in digital marketing. Hospitality experience is preferred. The Digital Marketing Specialist for H2 Hotels LP is responsible for executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our hotel, conference center, and restaurant by driving online visibility, engagement, and revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and analytics to maximize online presence and customer engagement. Duties include;
Content Creation:
Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and visuals, to engage and inform potential customers.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant updates across digital platforms.
Manage/maintain asset library
Work with the brand parameters, voice and key messaging for consistency.
Coordinates video and photo content from concept to completion, including storyboarding and aligning video and photo content with overall marketing objectives.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the hotel and restaurant\'s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok and LinkedIn.
Plan and schedule posts, run paid advertising campaigns, and engage with followers to foster a vibrant online community.
Partnership Management: Collaborate with industry influencers, and other partners to expand the reach and visibility of our brand including scheduling, contracting and vetting potential collaborations, organizing and facilitating giveaways.
Inhouse Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and event announcements, updating menus, posters and signage.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the all department leaders to teams to promote conference center bookings and events.
Work closely with the restaurant management to market dining options and special promotions.
Experience in Online Advertising, digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels is desirable along with experience in Digital Strategy Development. Qualifications |
University degree or College diploma in Marketing
Marketing and content creation experience required
Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to tailor the style, tone, and voice to represent our various lines of business and differing content
Social media experience including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts and tight deadlines
Video content creation experience an asset
Graphic Design experience an asset
Superior customer service skills
Honesty and integrity combined with a high level of initiative and dedication
This is a new role with opportunities to grow/expand within the role and company to expand our digital marketing presence and strategy. This role is based in Canmore and the individual is required to work on site - this is not a remote position. Full time, year round salaried position.
