What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do :

The Store Design department of Mark\xe2\x80\x99s and Sport Chek is searching for the right applicant to fill a critical position in our Calgary head office. The Design Coordinator will be responsible in providing a pivotal support role in the team, including, and not limited to CAD drawings and 3D modeling.

The creation of retail fixture plans

Frequent communication and coordination between procurement, construction, and stakeholders to ensure standards and timelines are adhered to.

Production of design and construction drawings using AutoCAD.

Expert of mechanical, electrical, architectural drawings review and coordination.

Produce 2D and 3D presentations and renderings when required.

Interior and exterior graphics coordination

Special projects and new initiatives as required.

Overall support to the team when required.

What You Bring:

College diploma or university degree in a related field

Atleast 5 years of related work experience in retail, design, and drawings

Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit

Superior communication, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Ability to work in a highly flexible work environment in both remote and in-person collaborative office

Creative and courageous, with the ability to manage in an environment of change and ambiguity to help us take bold, strategic moves in this rapidly evolving retail environment

Energetic with strong verbal and visual communication skills

Creative and inspirational thinker with the motivation to learn

Must be proactive, detail orientated and take initiative as well as follow direction
