We are looking for a dynamic new team member to join us full-time at Spectrum Dermatology. This role involves managing patient interactions, supporting phototherapy treatments, handling retail sales, ensuring smooth patient check-in and check-out, and maintaining a clean office environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing a high volume of patients while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor to deliver an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Phone Management:

Answer calls, schedule/reschedule appointments, address inquiries from patients and health care providers.

Patient Check-in/Check-out:

Greet patients, validate MSP/verify information, collect payments, complete documentation.

Phototherapy Support:

Provide patient instructions, maintain records, adjust treatments, and assist with equipment troubleshooting.

Retail Sales:

Promote and sell skincare products, maintain inventory, process sales transactions, complete end-of-day reconciliation.

Office Cleaning:

Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and staff areas, including wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring a sanitary environment.

Skills & Qualifications:



Prior medical office or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with scheduling software and POS systems. Professional and patient-focused demeanor. Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Essential attributes:

Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and high-stress situations. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize interactions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus. Experience in a medical office environment is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
