Key Responsibilities
Fabricate premium full and partial dentures
with a focus on comfort, function, and esthetics.
Set artificial teeth with artistry and precision
, ensuring natural appearance and accurate occlusion.
Process, finish, and polish
all acrylic work to the highest standard of quality.
Perform repairs, relines, and adjustments
that restore fit and longevity.
Collaborate with denturists and fellow technicians
to achieve consistent excellence in every case.
Maintain attention to detail
at every step -- from model work to final polish.
Ensure clean, organized, and efficient workflows
that reflect pride in craftsmanship.
Contribute ideas and feedback
that help elevate lab quality and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or certification in Dental Technology (Prosthetics specialization preferred).
2+ years of hands-on experience in denture fabrication.
Exceptional understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and prosthetic materials.
Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results under deadlines.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
A passion for precision, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with
digital denture systems
(scanning, CAD/CAM design, 3D printing, or milling).
Familiarity with
3Shape or Exocad
design software.
Background in a
high-quality, patient-focused dental laboratory
