to join our laboratory team. This role is essential in creating accurate and consistent preliminary models, molds, and frameworks that form the foundation for high-quality dental restorations. The ideal candidate will take pride in their craftsmanship, ensuring that every product meets our high standards for precision, function, and esthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and pour dental impressions with accuracy and consistency. Trim, articulate, and mount models according to prescription requirements. Ensure proper use and handling of dental materials such as gypsum, wax, and acrylics. Maintain quality control throughout all preliminary steps to guarantee accuracy for downstream production. Collaborate with other technicians and communicate effectively with the team to ensure cases are prepared to the highest standards. Keep work area organized, clean, and compliant with laboratory protocols. Handle multiple cases while maintaining a strong focus on detail and craftsmanship.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous dental laboratory experience preferred (especially in preliminary work). Strong knowledge of dental materials, model work, and basic laboratory techniques. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality results. Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to follow instructions precisely while working independently or as part of a team. Dedication to continuous improvement and craftsmanship.

Preferred Experience:

1-2 years working in a dental laboratory or preliminary department. Familiarity with quality control standards in dental technology.
