Shift:

Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am to 3:30pm



RESPONSIBILITIES



Responsible for recruiting and training Delivery Partners (DPs). Assist with the onboarding process for DPs. Deliver pre-start training and provide ongoing support to ensure DPs are equipped for success. Review and validate daily delivery routes for accuracy, efficiency, and feasibility. Confirm DP assignments and ensure route coverage for all scheduled runs. Conduct regular audits of delivery routes and company vehicles to maintain operational standards. Monitor and enforce adherence to SOPs, focusing on key metrics such as First Time On Time (FTOT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Provide coaching and corrective action to DPs as needed to maintain service excellence. Manage the hub mailbox and ensure timely response to internal and external inquiries. Oversee Logistics Coordinators, ensuring team performance aligns with operational goals. Coordinating and assisting the various support groups (Dispatch, Call Center, Claims, etc.) with their questions and requests. Dealing with any escalations and customer complaints Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and urgency. Investigate property and item claims, working closely with the Claims department to ensure timely resolution. Support warehouse and returns teams with inquiries and investigations. Ensure completion of all end-of-day tasks including package printing, call launches, and route confirmations. Conduct route audits for DPs and company vehicles. Assist with customer pickups, including item location, documentation, and loading support.

EXPERIENCE



3 years' experience as a supervisor or 3 years' experience in logistics.
