Hiring a Delivery Driver Supervisor



Qualifications

:

- Completion of secondary school is required.

- Several years (2~3 years) of experience as a delivery driver is required.

- Previous experience at the produce wholesale company is an asset.

- Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:



- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the delivery drivers who operate company

delivery trucks

- Establish methods to meet delivery schedules and co-ordinate work activities with purchasing department and warehouse department

- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve delivery performance

- Train new delivery drivers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

- Dispatch delivery drivers and monitor routes to ensure schedules are met and to resolve operating problems

- Occasionally perform delivery driver's duties in case of absent of delivery drivers or shortage of delivery drivers during peak season

- Prepare delivery reports to management

Working Condition:



- Full-time, Permanent Position

- 30 working hours per week, Wage: $36.60 per hour, 10days paid vacation or 4% of vacation fee
