Deal Administrator
Jim Gauthier Chevrolet is looking for a Deal Administrator to join its vibrant team in the Garden City area of Winnipeg.
Applicants should have experience in an automotive dealership and have an aptitude for administrative work. Successful candidates should be able to multitask and remain composed under deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
Verify, balance & data entry to proper GL accounts for vehicle purchases and sales.
Calculate applicable commissions for payroll
Adjust deals and commissions as required
Code and process on demand checks; lien payouts, delivery expenses, vehicle purchase and referrals
Reconcile inventory schedules
Submitting/registering warranties sold with or without vehicle sales
Posting of new vehicle invoices, contract and receivable payments.
The ideal applicant will have experience in an automotive dealership environment with a background in administration and bookkeeping. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds an asset knowledge of Excel is required with an aptitude for learning new computer programs and applications.
This foundational position requires the successful candidate to have a positive attitude, who is self-motivated and willing to learn. The role will require you to work independently as well as part of a high-performance team.
