Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs is looking for a Database Administrator to optimize and administrate its client, statistical, and administrative data. The applicant should hold a relevant degree in the field of computer science, computer engineering, database administration, math, information systems, or another relevant field. Duties:
- Performing data entry, data maintenance, data monitoring, data reporting and data archiving
- Prevent data loss by making backups of the data
- Writing operating manuals and providing training and support for database use
- Maintain a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash
- Ensuring client records are up-to-date
- Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems for client bookings and other related systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors
- Keeping office, maintenance, and caf\xc3\xa9 supply inventories
- Other various tasks
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Ability to speak French, German, Dutch
- Understanding of Microsoft Office, Android operating systems, and Google Workspace
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work independently of supervision
- Must own a vehicle
- Must possess good analytical, math, and accounting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Familiarity with graphic design and desktop publishing
