The Opportunity
We're hiring an
Entry-Level Data & Administrative Assistant

What You'll Do
Data Management & Accuracy
Input and manage data across digital systems, spreadsheets, and internal platforms
Conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Follow company protocols to maintain confidentiality and uphold data integrity
Business Operations & Process Support
Assist with packaging and fulfillment workflows as part of our service delivery process
Support inventory management, intake, and administrative tracking
Handle internal communications and help organize scheduling, supplies, and logistics
Collaboration & Systems Thinking
Work across departments to understand the flow of information and tasks
Support team initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or gaps in current processes
Share feedback and ideas that lead to greater productivity or improved systems

Who We're Looking For
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education a plus
Experience in administrative, data entry, fulfillment, or operational support roles is helpful
Participation in team environments (sports, clubs, projects) is highly valued
Curiosity, ambition, and work ethic matter most
Skills & Attributes
Strong attention to detail with a natural ability to organize and prioritize
