Job Description

Torus Construction Corp, Curb and Sidewalk Contractor in Ottawa and surrounding area since 1976.

The Front Desk Administrative Assistant will be required to work in a fast-paced team environment and exhibit efficient work that is detail oriented.

Duties include:

Mail sorting, filing, record, match and enter all backup for Accounts Payable invoices. Excel spreadsheets will monitor purchase orders, such as various by supplier. Data Entry into Accounting Program.

Placing material orders, truck rentals and office supplies as needed.

Locates (Call Before You Dig!) ability to read street maps for job locations. Obtain all relevant documentation to provide crews for safe digging. Training will be provided for portal.

Abilities required:

Basic bookkeeping knowledge is a strong asset.

Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets, multiple usage and record keeping.
