Rafflebox Technologies is an Online Fundraising platform helping Canadian organizations from coast to coast. We are looking to expand our Customer Support Team in Halifax, NS.
The ideal candidate will be part of a fast-growing startup in the area of digitally transforming charities and non-profits in the raffle and 50/50 space. You will be part of a small team of competitive, passionate, and dedicated individuals who strive to help our customers reach their fundraising goals while delivering support to our non-profit and charitable partners.
Customer Support Specialist We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer requests and queries. You will also be asked to process account creations, site builds, site modifications, and escalate incidents across several communication channels.
This role will provide evening and weekend coverage from (12PM \xe2\x80\x93 8PM Monday to Friday) each week. Rotating on-call weekend coverage will also be part of the role. There are options to work in the Halifax office or remotely.
