What you'll do

Be the friendly first point of contact (in person, phone, email, messages, social media). Welcome pets for daycare/hotel/grooming and coordinate smooth check-ins/outs. Understand client needs and suggest the right services or products. Own follow-ups, outreach, and satisfaction calls to keep clients delighted. Book and manage appointments and daily schedules. Handle admin tasks (billing, inventory updates, data entry). Lend a hand on simple marketing tasks (social posts, local events). Aim for and surpass monthly sales goals.

What you bring

Bilingual: English & French. 3+ years in customer support or a call-centre-style role. Comfortable with sales/upselling (strong asset). Pet Food , supplies Organized, detail-driven, and proactive; thrives with pace and change. A true love for animals (non-negotiable). Experience in pet care, vet clinic, or dog daycare is a plus.
