A propos du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Representant(e) au service a la clientele bilingue motive(e) et experimente(e) pour rejoindre notre equipe a distance. Dans ce role, vous fournirez un soutien exceptionnel aux clients, aiderez a planifier les rendez-vous de service et proposerez le renouvellement d'un plan de service essentiel aux clients existants. Vous jouerez un role cle dans le maintien d'un haut niveau de satisfaction client tout en contribuant au developpement des services offerts.
Responsabilites principales

  • Repondre aux appels entrants de maniere positive, courtoise et respectueuse, en assurant le plus haut niveau de satisfaction client
  • Traiter les preoccupations et/ou problemes des clients et assurer le suivi avec des solutions appropriees
  • Planifier avec precision les rendez-vous et dispatcher les techniciens de service
  • Traiter toutes les demandes des clients de maniere rapide et efficace
  • Documenter et enregistrer avec precision les informations des clients et des appels dans le CRM
  • Proposer les renouvellements du plan Essential Care et assurer une experience client fluide
Exigences du poste
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'experience en service a la clientele ou en centre d'appels
  • Experience en logistique est un atout
  • Ecoute proactive des preoccupations des clients et propose des solutions avec empathie
  • Solides competences organisationnelles et capacite a gerer plusieurs taches dans un environnement dynamique en utilisant plusieurs applications
  • Esprit d'equipe et collaboratif
  • Excellentes competences en communication en francais et en anglais (l'anglais est requis pour communiquer avec les clients et partenaires hors Quebec)
  • Maitrise de Microsoft Office et Outlook; experience avec Salesforce CRM est un atout
  • Competences en vente ou en negociation sont considerees comme un atout

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, assist with scheduling service appointments, and offer renewals of an essential care plan to existing clients. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while contributing to the growth of our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a positive, courteous and respectful manner ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Handle customers' concerns and/or issues and ensure follow up with proper solutions
  • Accurately schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians
  • Process all customers' requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Accurately document and record customer/client and call information in the CRM
  • Offer Essential Care plan renewals and ensure a smooth customer service experience
What You'll Need
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service or a call center environment
  • Logistics experience is an asset
  • Proactively listens to customer concerns and provides solutions with empathy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment using multiple applications
  • Collaborative team player
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (English required for communication with clients and partners outside Quebec)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with Salesforce CRM is an asset
  • Sales or negotiation skills are considered an asset
