Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order processing and account management. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records. Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues. Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Read and interpret parts diagrams for small engines and lawn and garden equipment

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with QuickBooks software is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to engage customers through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is beneficial but not required. Reading and interpreting parts diagrams for small engines and lawn and garden equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
