Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

.

Your principal responsibility as a CSR is to assist the Personal Lines Department in carrying out the duties outlined below.

As a successful CSR, you will be able to manage competing priorities through the use of your time management, project management and organizational skills.

Duties:

Process new policy, renewal, cancellation and endorsements documentation requests including invoicing Reviewing all documents for accuracy Manage a small monthly renewal portfolio Handle client inquiries and change requests Prepare Proposals and Cover notes Evaluate and quote using Applied Rating Systems (EPIC) and Insurer's portals Maintain accuracy of electronic files in EPIC and paper files where applicable Follow agency procedures and insurance company regulations Review and prioritize all assigned tasks on a daily basis including company mail, emails, abeyance/activities, downloads, etc. Minimal Reception Duties including daily mail Complete projects as assigned by Management.
Required Skills:

Level 2 General Insurance License would be preferred, but will consider applicants with Level 1 Excellent telephone manner Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and EPIC Excellent written and spoken English Minimum 3 years experience in the insurance industry

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
