Customer Service Representative (CSR)

- MVD issuing experience, Restricted Auto License or CAIB 1 Broker License would be an
asset, however access to all required education to receive licensing will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing inbound calls, mail, and email Meet and greet clients Primary servicer for Motor Vehicle licensing Assisting personal lines insurance advisors with servicing their block of business Maintain accurate record on the Broker Management System Supply ordering and bank deposits Write Auto insurance policies
