Purpose: To act as the primary liaison and customer support for project managers and estimators from the dealer community. REPORTS TO: Customer Service Supervisor KEY Responsibilities:
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (or the \xe2\x80\x9cAct\xe2\x80\x9d) and the regulations; use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that Mott requires to be used or worn; report the absence or defect in any equipment or protective device of which the worker is aware and which may endanger themselves or another worker; and report any contravention of the Act or the regulations or the existence of any hazard of which the worker is aware
  • Enter orders
  • Estimate & price custom items
  • Interpret design drawings and reference them in orders
  • Perform order revisions, and cancellations, as necessary
  • Function as the primary liaison to our dealer network and building relationships through daily phone and email communication
  • Provide shipping, design and engineering information obtained from those departments to our dealer network when requested to do so
  • Participate in on and off site dealer training and/or trade shows
  • Enter Corrective Preventative Actions (CPA) when necessary
  • Assist the Vice President, Sales & Marketing or President with additional projects as required
  • Communicate with both internal and external personnel including: Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Project Managers, Estimators, External Sales, End Users, Architects, and others.
  • Provide back up to Marketing
  • Perform other duties as required
Skills & Experience:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to read blueprints and data sheets
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office
  • Intermediate math skills including the ability to convert fractions to decimals
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Has a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
