Purpose: To act as the primary liaison and customer support for project managers and estimators from the dealer community. REPORTS TO: Customer Service Supervisor KEY Responsibilities:
Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (or the \xe2\x80\x9cAct\xe2\x80\x9d) and the regulations; use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that Mott requires to be used or worn; report the absence or defect in any equipment or protective device of which the worker is aware and which may endanger themselves or another worker; and report any contravention of the Act or the regulations or the existence of any hazard of which the worker is aware
Enter orders
Estimate & price custom items
Interpret design drawings and reference them in orders
Perform order revisions, and cancellations, as necessary
Function as the primary liaison to our dealer network and building relationships through daily phone and email communication
Provide shipping, design and engineering information obtained from those departments to our dealer network when requested to do so
Participate in on and off site dealer training and/or trade shows
Enter Corrective Preventative Actions (CPA) when necessary
Assist the Vice President, Sales & Marketing or President with additional projects as required
Communicate with both internal and external personnel including: Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Project Managers, Estimators, External Sales, End Users, Architects, and others.
Provide back up to Marketing
Perform other duties as required
Skills & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or related field
Ability to read blueprints and data sheets
Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office
Intermediate math skills including the ability to convert fractions to decimals
Attention to detail is critical
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to learn quickly
Strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Has a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
