We complete annual wage reviews and also have an employee product purchase discount program.Customer Service Representative: This is a permanent full time role responsible for complete order desk duties including processing customer orders, organizing logistics and dealing with brokers. You'll use multiple order entry systems internally and via customer specific portals. You'll also answer phones working closely with customers and our sales team.Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and able to provide attention to detail
  • Experience working in a small office; ability and willingness to be cross trained to perform other duties
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, JDE are an asset)
  • Extremely good communication skills - written and spoken word
  • Ability to proactively communicate and help resolve issues with other departments and with contract carriers
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance
