The Opportunity: The Opportunity Clean Harbors Ste. Catherine, QC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their safety conscious team! You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, scheduling waste pickups and disposal shipments to internal and third-party facilities, ensuring waste is classified correctly and assisting in preparation of required paperwork. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Working with customers, sales team and technical groups to provide quotes for jobs/projects;
• Working with the billing group to ensure accurate and prompt invoicing of completed work and correcting any discrepancies in a timely manner;
• Setting up new customer accounts or updating existing ones as needed;
• Processing customer credit card payments;
• Working with facility to correct non-conformance issues.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

• Minimum of 1-year previous job-related experience preferred;
• Superior customer service skills;
• Strong MS Office Suite skills;
• Effective time management skills with an ability to work efficiently under pressure with changing priorities.
