Customer Service & Permitting Clerk Calgary AB (On-site Only) Who are we? We seek to advance Canada\'s energy industry and economy while reducing society\'s environmental impact. We are headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, with locally-operated offices in Calgary, and Kamloops, BC. We do this by implementing solar power and renewable technology. What do we do? We focus our business on the design and installation of residential and commercial solar projects, energy storage, Tesla Powerwall installation, electric vehicle (EV) Chargers, off-grid solar, as well as general electrical services. What do we require of you?
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Data management skills (grant applications, permitting, online monitoring system setup, etc.)
  • Passion for renewable energy/sustainability
  • Desire to learn, grow and improve themselves and their surroundings
What would be nice for you to have?
  • Business Administration Diploma, Post-secondary certificate, or degree with a strong preference for Alternative / renewable energy programs
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Solar or Electrical Industry Knowledge
  • Administrative experience
Job Duties include but are not limited to.
  • General office, clerical, and administrative duties
  • Permit and micro-generation applications
  • Timely response to emails, phone calls, and customer inquires
  • Improve procedures and practices through critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Other Duties as required

**Wage based upon experience** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits:
