Customer Service Representative

I am working with a well-established organization in the Ontario area and they are looking for committed individuals that desire a place where they can utilize their organizational and creative skills to help better the organization

Position Description
This position will process both inbound and outbound requests. Overall responsibilities providing quotes and processing orders, collaborating with the manufacturing department to provide excellent service to the dealers and wholesalers! This position is fast paced and requires excellent multitasking skills. We are seeking a candidate that is passionate about providing excellent customer service!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes and take customer orders
  • Order and source products
  • Negotiate sale and purchase prices
  • Proactively generate sales and promote Company product
  • Assist with customer returns
  • Interact with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns
