WATCH & JEWELLERY SERVICE - HUDSON\'S BAY South Centre Calgary Hours: Saturday - 10am-6pm Sunday- 11am-6pm ALL major STAT Holidays - 11am-6pm As a Retail Sales & Service Advisor for our watch & jewellery service center in Hudson\xe2\x80\x99s Bay, your duties include:
- watch battery installation,
- strap & band installation and adjustments
- minor on-site repairs
- assess customer needs and offer appropriate service advice
- encourage sales in a manner which ensures quality and effective customer service
- use your knowledge to promote and recommend products and services in relation to the customers specific requirements
- prepare work orders and complete daily/weekly sales paperwork
- maintain inventory
- treat retail guests to exceptional customer service
- work well within a team environment
- 40 hours of paid training

- 2+ years\' experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or service environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in watch and or jewellery repair would be an asset but is not required
Part-time hours: 14 per week Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
- Weekend availability
- Secondary School (required)
