St. Jean\xe2\x80\x99s is looking to fill a position in our Nanaimo location for a strong customer service professional to look after our sport processing customers. Working internally and externally, successful candidate will ensure orders are tracked, processed and communicated to customers in a timely and professional manner Duties and Responsibilities Provide front line customer service - answer calls regarding product and process questions and direct enquiries throughout the business Process phone orders for all aspects of the business Liaise with customers, lodges and inter department regarding sport fish orders, resolving issues to ensure timely processing Invoicing for sport, depot and e-commerce overflow General administrative duties as assigned Problem solve orders that have missing information or product Work with other departments (warehouse, plant, shipping) to make sure information is up to date and accurate Provide back up and support to Retail Store Status: Permanent full-time. +/-40 hrs/week. General work hours 8:00-4.30, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
