Job Summary

Our Customer Service Associate is the first face of Pacific. They are professional, friendly, hard working, and capable of managing a large variety of tasks. They are excellent problem solvers and humble learners. Our Customer Service Associate is someone who is bought into Pacific\'s culture and mission.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent customer service experience throughout the sales process.
• Provide oversight of our showroom and shared office space. Ensuring cleanliness, stock of supplies, and booking of conference rooms.
• Provide support to our sales team: quoting, pricing and transferring data.
• Day-to-day activities:

• Managing office space
• Answering and re-directing calls
• Creating sales orders for customers
• Supporting our sales team in quoting, transferring data.
• Welcoming customers
• Re-organizing office space
• Accountability:

• The Customer Service Associate is under the sales umbrella, they report directly to the Customer Service Lead.
