Nella Toronto is looking for a highly motivated e-commerce customer service associate to join our small, rapidly growing e-commerce team for our North York location!
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with Online Chats, email and Phone calls
  • Provide quotation to customers with options available.
  • Answer phone calls and direct customers to the correct department or person.
  • Able to response to customers in a timely manner with quotations or response to inquiries.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Able to do multiple roles and be open to growth in other areas of e-commerce
  • Ability to assist customers with online inquiries/orders.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of Shopify & FreshDesk is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Autoquotes is an asset
  • Must have excellent professional English skills, both written and interpersonal.
  • Amazing customer service skills
  • Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Quick learner and self-starter.
  • Organized, able to multi-task and coordinate priorities.
