Position Overview

BRAEBON Medical Corporation is seeking a fluent English & French speaking Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate to join our team at our Kanata Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, customer-focused person who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment and collaborating with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter customer orders received via fax, email, phone, web, and other channels into the company sales processing system Answer company phone lines in a courteous, professional, and enthusiastic manner Respond to customer inquiries or redirect calls as appropriate (e.g., technical support, accounts payable, logistics) Communicate with customers via phone and email Assist with organizing and coordinating shipments to trade shows Maintain and update the company customer database Perform daily audits of sales orders in the shipping department prior to shipment Assist with processing warranty claims and customer issues Maintain positive and professional interactions with customers and coworkers Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French Strong organizational and time-management skills Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor Legally authorized to work in Canada Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Basic understanding of accounting principles and inventory controls High school diploma required; college diploma preferred Customer service or inside sales experience is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience Two weeks of paid vacation Five paid sick days Paid end-of-year company shutdown
