We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our Hamilton team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. This position is ideal for technically minded professional who values accuracy, communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquires, quotations and orders. Prepare detailed quotes for custom filter products based on customer specifications. Provide product recommendations and technical support to ensure optimal solutions. Coordinate with design solutions, production and logistic teams to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules. Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities. Enter and manage order entry, documentation and communication through the sales process by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining positive client relationships. Maintain accurate records of sales activities for reporting and trend analysis

Skills:



Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales. Experience in telemarketing and technology sales is highly desirable. Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer interactions. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to develop business through inside sales techniques. Familiarity with outbound calling strategies and warm calling practices. Knowledge of marketing principles related to customer engagement and retention. A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales and order desk roles (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred). Strong communication, organization, problem-solving with high attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience using ERP or CRM systems. Technical aptitude with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, or product data. Knowledge of filtration systems, industrial process equipment considered an asset.
