IT Customer Service/Sales Representative to join Supreme Security. This role combines
client support and sales
, assisting existing clients with technical issues remotely or on-site, introducing new technologies, and responding to sales leads. It plays a key role in
enhancing client satisfaction, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries via
phone, email, or text

Diagnose and resolve client issues
both remotely and on-site, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
to increase satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
to drive growth, particularly among commercial customers.
Provide guidance, support, and recommendations on IT products, services, and solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to
ensure seamless service delivery
and resolution of client issues.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and follow-ups.
Proactively anticipate client needs
, suggesting upgrades, enhancements, or new services where appropriate.
Manage a
high-volume workload
efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.
Contribute to strategic planning and execution of initiatives to

Requirements
IT certificate or diploma (or equivalent experience)
Strong
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Sales ability with a results-oriented mindset
Experience using
CRM systems
Self-motivated, goal-oriented
