Customer Service & E-Commerce Operations Lead
to take ownership of our daily operational flow and uphold the quality, presentation, and service standards our brand is known for.
This role is central to ensuring that every order -- from B2B client programs to everyday online gifts -- moves smoothly through the process, meets client expectations, and reflects our brand's elevated standard. You'll coordinate with the studio team, manage timelines, maintain product accuracy across platforms, and communicate with clients and vendors to keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the complete order flow across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and presentation quality.
Maintaining accountability for daily operations and supporting the team in meeting performance and quality standards.
Communicating proactively with clients, vendors, and team members to coordinate timelines, resolve issues, and confirm details.
Reviewing incoming orders and assigning tasks to ensure workflow efficiency and balanced workloads across the studio.
Monitoring order progress to ensure client expectations and deadlines are consistently met.
Supporting cost-efficiency by aligning production and shipping processes with profitability and client value.
Ensuring product listings, pricing, and inventory details in Shopify and other platforms remain accurate and up to date.
Coordinating couriers, vendor pickups, and third-party fulfillment partners to ensure smooth logistics.
Contributing to creative and operational problem-solving for unique or custom client requests.
Participating hands-on in studio operations as needed, fostering teamwork and flexibility during peak seasons.
Qualifications:
5+ years in customer service, operations coordination, or account management -- ideally within e-commerce, logistics, or a client-service-based environment.
Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Exceptional communication skills -- professional, clear, and adaptable for both client and internal team interactions.
Proficiency with Apple technology (Mac, iPhone, iPad) and Google Workspace; Shopify experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage workflow, uphold brand and quality standards, and identify process improvements.
Creative thinker with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
Collaborative and hands-on, comfortable shifting between oversight and direct involvement in day-to-day operations.
